These Terms of Use govern the relationship between MD Creative , which operates the MutfakOS platform, and the business/user using the platform. By registering for or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

MutfakOS is a cloud-based professional kitchen management platform providing recipe management, cost calculation, menu engineering, inventory tracking and supplier communication. The service is provided "as is"; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for the actions carried out under your account. You must notify us immediately upon noticing any unauthorized use.

For personal data of third-party natural persons such as supplier/customer contact information that you enter into the platform, you are the data controller. The obligation to inform the relevant persons under KVKK and, where necessary, to obtain their consent belongs to you.

MutfakOS processes the third-party data you enter into your account only in the capacity of a data processor , within the framework of your instructions and these terms; it does not use this data for its own purposes. A detailed Data Processing Agreement is provided upon request.

The platform provides a communication/quotation infrastructure between suppliers and restaurants. MutfakOS is not responsible for the commercial contract, pricing and delivery relationship between the parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation, MutfakOS cannot be held liable for indirect damages and data losses.

These terms may be updated; significant changes are announced through the platform. The current version is published on this page.
